Not completely clear on what you are talking about. What are the u-joints hitting? Half shafts working in and out is not good. 200 lbs of weight on rear crossmember? Are you working on a bare frame? The earlier statement that you put the car down on the ground is confusing.

Some pictures would clarify the situation greatly.

sorry ves Im working on a bare frame and the u-joint hits the yoke of the side shaft on the lower side when I roll the frame, the weight I put on the frame I was hoping to push the spring down and straighten the drive shafts out

OK, I understand now. 200 lbs. isn't enough to bring the suspension down to normal ride height. The extreme angle of the half shafts is what is causing the problems. I popped a u-joint retaining ring off when I was moving my chassis around.

If you are going to have to move the bare chassis around a lot before putting the body back on it would be a good idea to buy or build some rolling platforms to put under the rear wheels so they don't have to turn.

Unfortunately it sounds like you are going to have to take the rear apart again to deal with the differential yoke problems.

Did you change out the Ujoints just now? Sometimes, if the outer Ujoints are installed incorrectly, the bump for the grease fitting will hit the spindle shaft. Seen the same thing happen on the drive shaft where it connects to the diff. My fault, both times.
Doesn't matter how much of a hurry you are in the first time- you will always find time to do it over.
