Default Question about heater vacuum lines.

1979 with air conditioning.
I am connecting the vacuum lines for the heater controls in the cabin and am missing something. Can someone tell me where the blue striped line connects? I have the correct drawing but it is not helping. The dash is out of the car.
I have the Orange line going to the actuator on the right kick panel area (outside air in).
The Tan line going the actuator beside the steering column. Switches air flow from floor to windshield defrosters.
So the blue line does not have a home.
The black and white striped dual plug is connected to the water shut-off switch on top of the heater core cover.

There are only two actuators in the cabin, right? The drawing looks like there are three. That is what is messing me up. I do not have three interior actuators. I went to Harborvette in my hometown. He has a 1980 parts car. That was no help it looks like mine. Not a third cabin actuator.

I appriciate any help to get me over this problem.
Gordon
P.S. This car was brutally butchered by prior owner.

Heya,
I think there should be three, at least on my 74 there are and it also shows 3 on the picture from Willcox. The blue stripe should go to the one next to the driver's side dash. The 3rd actuator is hardly visible when the heater box is installed as it faces the firewall, this is the one the tan should be connected to according the diagram links below. See last picture of my box for the 3rd vac can
Sorry if the boxes between 74 and 79 would be totally different.

Thank you Nick.
Your photos were priceless. Once I removed the ducts I found the pot on the firewall side of the box. I am all set to go!

Best regards,
Gordon
