I just got some superb service from astrotops.com and had to share. I ordered the tops a week before Christmas with the rough estimate that I should get them within 3-4 weeks (of course cause of the holidays).
I got them within 2 days.
Installed them within 15 minutes and they're not leaking like my old crappy ones.
Needless to say I'm beyond satisfied so if you have a need for tops, go with them.
That's great to hear! I eyed them for years at Corvette Expo, finally took the plunge this past October. Love them so far, but I haven't yet had the chance to find out how they seal. Hope my luck is just as good.
Good to hear I have 2 sets and I cracked my glass ones and plan on replacing both of them , they never leaked . My fiberglass sets don't leak either but are butt ugly.
I'd like to see pics too. One of my t-tops is cracked where the male prong is from latching pressure. Need to replace.
One thing I'm wondering about is their webpage requires a core swap of your old t-tops. Does this mean what you're really getting is other people's refurbished cores?
I haven't bought tops for my c3 from him but have bought 2 tops for my c5 and they work great. One of the tops I bought was a used top and it had some wind noise, He gave me a new top to replace it with and didn't charge me the difference. I live just a few miles from his shop and have met him numerous times, he seems to be an honest guy who will work with you to get you what you want.
Haven't had the chance to take pics of mine yet. I'll post some when I get the chance, though it will likely be a couple of weeks.

The "glass" (I believe it's acrylic) and weatherstrip are new. I appears they refurb the top frames and some of the hardware, but all of that looks great on mine. Only thing I've done to them is plasti-dip the latch handles.
BTW, you can buy them without a core exchange, but at a much higher price. If you can make it to Corvette Expo in Sevierville, TN, they always have a "show price". They may go to other large events as well, I don't know.
