Hello everyone doing a frame off resto and wondering if anyone in ct can straighten corvette frame or push out front rail. Front left wheel needs half inch spacer to match right side of car in wheel well. Also fender skirt is away from frame about one inch. All opinions and suggestions appreciated. I will try to send pictures.

Any good body shop can recommend a good frame shop. Make sure their computerized equipment goes back as far as your car. If it doesn't keep looking. They should check the entire frame. Sounds like the PO stuck that long nose out a bit too far!
Inquire about buying a used frame in good condition? They only weigh about 300 pounds....so it's their size that makes them difficult to ship. A salvage yard in the Southwest US would be the best place to buy a rust free frame.
I bought a new frame from GM many years ago, most certainly they are no longer are in stock. You can still buy repro frames, supposedly made with the original tooling. You can buy custom frames. The custom frames also can be made you can use C4, C5, C6 suspension parts, etc. I know $$$$$
............
Agree finding a good frame repair shop is the most economical.
