Default Corvette body kit

I saw this vette up north and the first thing i saw on the side was z06. Got up close and saw the lights were in the grill. How did this kit come about? I think it looks smooth.

Looks like the bumper has been filled in (ditto the lights). Easy to do with a replacement fiberglass bumper. Was there any modification to the rest of the body?

My 74 was fiberglass-ed, Pretty good job as well they redid the rear also and the taillights are amazingly done.

The rest of the car looks normal. It has side pipes but nothing that would make you do a double look until you get to the front. I saw that c6 emblem as well.

My 69 has a custom 73-79 front clip,
It has the bumper molded in and the side lights are gone, and it might have a tad more point to the nose,

I have had the clip listed for sale for months no one wants it....
