A minor correction: the museum did not collapse. A sinkhole opened in the floor of the rotunda. If you have visited the museum, the rotunda is the area beneath the yellow roof and is on the far end of the building. That area has been closed to the public, but the rest of the museum is open, based on the last news update I saw.

I heard they were able to get the '83 out of the room. I can see why they don't want anyone going in there right now. There is no ground under that floor.
