its a 79 vette,body already off frame,sandblasting it now,looking for an economical way to paint frame and i know the bedliner is tough s##t
I know I had my frame powder coated but I did not like the shine so I sanded it with 400 paper, went to Lowes and got Rustoleum etching primer and sprayed the entire frame. Then came back with Rustoleum semi gloss black. Total cost $75.00. Seems to have a fairly thick coating.
