Anyone know of a good shop near Butte Montana? Thanks in advance. Bill

You need to buy the parts from Tom's Differentials. Google...he's in Idaho. Almost all his parts are made in the US and some are custom made for Tom's C3 applications by US manufacturers (Eaton). Tom supplies parts to almost everyone building C3 diffs. I think he has a monopoly on differential and rear end parts that are stronger than factory.

Your diff repair place doesn't need to be near Butte. Get one of those plastic milk shipment containers...one that holds 4 one gallon containers of milk. A diff will sit in there just very nicely. Surround the plastic milk container with a custom made cut up cardboard box. I used a bunch of cable ties to hold the diff inside the milk carton plastic openings. and ship it. I shipped mine to Dallas, Texas. Another diff rebuilder is in Connecticut.
