Trailing arms, shocks, transverse leaf spring, hard brake line to the caliper and sway bar if you have one. You also have to weld a reinforcement to your upper shock mount. It would be a good idea to replace your rear bearings while you are in there. These are from Van Steel.
hello this is poor. do you slide your reinforcement over the old shock mount then weld. if i did it this way i would have to drill a bigger hole in my old mount. i bought the kit to put wider tires on my 79. please reply

Yes, you need to drill a bigger hole. I'd slide the reinforcing bracket on, and use it as a guide to drill your bigger hole. Insert the bolt, then weld.
When you say you bought the kit to put wider tires on, do you men offset trailing arms? If so, I'm not sure how much it will help because - at least on my car - the frame right around the TA pocket is the limiting factor for tire width if you use a 27" tire. I think you would have to go down to 25-25.5" diameter to clear this area. I think a 25" tire would look lost in the wheel well. I don't think you can get a coilover set (from VanSteel) without offset TAs. The offset TAs do fix the e-brake cable location though.
