Default Seat tracks

I'm replacing the interior in my 79. I have removed one seat and trying to remove the other. One bolt is stripe and I'm thinking of trying to grind it out or drill out the center. Any ideas from you guys that I'm sure have been thru this before.
Thanks
Tom

Grind the head off nice and flat. Center punch the shaft and drill it out. Then you can drill out progressively bigger or buy an "easy out" which may or may not back out the remaining bolt shaft.

Chase the threads with a tap before you reassemble it.

Edit: crap, re read what you asked. Can you get to the bolt from the bottom side? Grind it off and drill it out. Can get a air chisel on it and cut it off?

I assume you meant "stripped" not "stripe." Are the threads frozen together? Is the bolt turning but not coming out? Or did you mean that the hex head is rounded off? There are different fixes for each of those problems.
