I am getting ready to swap the rear spring. Is the procedures that same as a steel spring. ie bolt spring to carrier, install TA bolts to end of spring. Lower car to apply pressure to spring. Tighten and torque bolts to carrier.

You got it. Two things to remember though. If you're installing a composite spring (I just put a VB&P composite on mine) you'll want to check torque again after each drive for 2-3 times. I found that mine needed re-torquing after each of the first 2 drives. Also, VB&P cautioned about overtorquing the 4 carrier bolts. They recommend 40-45 max, using increments in a pattern to get there. I started at 30 and worked up 5 at a time.
I had an issue with mine where the composite spring stays higher to the frame as it approaches the suspension. Caused it to go very close to my aftermarket exhaust. Had to modify the exhaust. Something to watch for.
