Default Need Help Understanding 68 Tank Sheet

I recently purchased a 68 convertible "project", believed to be an original big block car, now has NOM. I dropped the tank down and the sticker was still in place but not in the best condition. I'm confused about the engine code options that I am reading on the sheet. The second line down clearly says L68 "400 HP" but farther down on the sheet there looks like an option of L36 "390 HP" and to the right of the code it looks like it says 390 and it has some additional writing I cant make out. Can anyone tell me why there would be 2 engine codes on the tank sheet? Would like to know what it was originally. Does anyone know what wording to the right of L36 code would be?
Thanks

L36 was the big block to which the L68 equipment was added. Seeing both options on a tank sticker is common. The same thing would occur with an optional stereo. U69 was the regular radio to which the U79 stereo equipment was added.
