Default fuel tank

Hello;
My fuel tank is giving me problems, the fuel readings are off. I have to change tanks. What should I get ! Everyone has a tank that is the best.
The car is a 1982 coup., 350, auto. I read some ware that 82's had a baffle to keep fuel for the pump in turning tight corners. No new tanks have this. Can anyone tell me what I should do ?
Thank You;
Moeski

If the readings are off, your problem may not be the tank. Check the sending unit in the tank and the dash gauge.

78-82 tanks didn't have a splash baffle.. I have some pictures and a video of the inside of a 82 tank, let me dig them up. The tanks had a bladder in them that isn't in the new tanks. The bladders pull loose from the wall of the tank and develop cracks, holes or whatever, and then leak. When they leak the fuel gets behind them and pushes the bladder outward interfering with the fuel sender float arm.

Here is the link to the video of the inside tank..
