Default 78 SA seats???

To my fellow C3er's,

Can anyone tell me if my seats can be swapped laterally from side to side????

To be more explicit....take the pass side seat and swap it with the drivers side seat using the oe glide rails etc..

Reason is that the pass side feels as though no one has ever sat in it and the driers side, well you know how that goes....

Thanks in advance to all of my C3 buds....

Yes. You can swap sides. I cannot recall whether seat rails are the same left and right but no big deal. Put the right side rails on the driver's seat bottom and versy-vicey.

The adjuster rails for each seat is located on the right side so you can easily lift the seats out without removing the rails and exchange the seats.

Not sure I've got it yet with regards to the adjuster rails etc......So let me ask this....as I've only had the seats out once quite awhile ago all I did was to remove the 4 mount bolts and the seat(s) were removed....it never occurred to me to switch them then.....may I assume that just removing the 8 seat mount bolts and switching them is all I need to do?????.....

Sorry if I sound to be a bit confused.......but I just had to clarify somewhat.........

Four bolts on each side. Yep, "Unbolt, swap, reattach".
