68 Wiper Motor issues

68 Wiper Motor issues
I have been following all the threads about 68 Wiper Motor fixes, solutions, etc.
What I see is the motor will work if I apply power directly to it. The park cam will latch if I work through the schematics / videos (Thank you Mr Willcox!!)
BUT I cannot make it work if I hook everything correctly while on the bench. It is almost like the piece that the wires hook into that has the cam motor / solenoid doesn't' allow anything to go through it.
Thoughts from the guru's? With the motor working I hate to buy a complete setup :/

I wish I could help you but I'm not really following you.
If you are hooking it up exactly as shown on Willcox's video and it won't work on the bench I don't see how it could work mounted in your car.
Are you sure you have a '68 only wiper motor?
Ernie @ Willcox is the only true guru when it comes to these damn wiper motors, imho.
