Windows stuck half way

One of my friends owns a 78 she has a problem on her car both the drivers and the passenger windows are stuck at the half way position she said that there is no noise coming from the motors she has tried to raise and lower each one but she is having no luck. So I thought I would present this to the C3 forum for her and see if we can get some advice for her to fix the problem. So if you can help please let me know and I will pass on the information. Thanks in Advance.

start with the fuse, is it blown?
is there power at the window switches?
is there power at the door motors?

Google you wiring diagram. 30 amp circuit breaker and a pink wire from ignition feed the relay. Since neither window works, I would be looking from relay to power feed area first.
