unknown part with pictures

if its not factory someone did a heck of a good job putting it in the factory wiring loom, but since every thing else works I think I will just tape it up good and leave it under the dash in case i figure out what is goes to

IF, and only if you have delay wipers, it is installed in the "wiper" fuse slot in place of the glass fuse.
No delay wipers and it is just tucked up out of the way.
And it IS factory! Only on 78s.

Wow you are the man thanks now I just gotta figure out the other 2 wires just hanging there a orange and yellow one
