Advise please. Has anyone ordered from speedway motors? If so, how was your experence? I ve ordered from others in the past, but not them. I ve noticed they charge shipping, but the prices are low.
Thanks

I have- several times....They've been around a lot longer then Al Gore- the company was started when he (Gore) was only four- and I think Al was 12 when he invented the internet...

Great to deal with- have a lot of different stuff that Jegs and Summit don't stock. Usually ship the same day. Have 'free shipping' specials from time to time...but really it's never free- just figured in the price.

My experiences with Speedway is very similar to Richard454. No fuss, no rust. Standard shipping is prompt (more prompt if you choose to upgrade). Prices about the same as the other named vendors with product selection geared more, towards the fat-fendered or circle-track racing crowds.

I'll continue to use them as the opportunity arises.

I have bought a lot of stuff from them over the years ( TBucket & '50 shoebox) - great service, parts, & prices. Very easy to use on line ordering for a guy that has differculty doing these kind of things.

You will have no issues with Speedway. They are located in Lincoln, NE. I have stopped in to their store/warehouse several times while I was up their on business. Great to work with and great people...

I have ordered stuff from them over the years.
Some of the "speedway" brand stuff is hit or miss. I got a ford 9" disc brake setup from them that was not very well thought out and real cheesy. The techline wasn't much help. They had the same crappy instructions I had. No issue with returning it though.

Another speedway kit was missing 2 bearings. They sent them express no fuss. The kit was nice overall.
So brand name stuff no problem.
Their store brand? Do your research 1st. May or may not be good.
Customer service has always been fine, would use them again.
