anyone doing custom painted hood liners for a c3 yet?

Gonzo from Michigan was making a custom liner. Bout one two years ago that I still haven't installed yet I emailed him a couple of questions recently and found out that he succumbed to pancreatic cancer recently

No word on what will become of the business he started, hoodliners.net

I had it made at a local graphics shop. I sat down with the guy and picked out the font and logo. I even picked the color in the "O" to match my car color.

No idea where you are located. If in ontario look up Corrado on the Canadian section of the forum.

I am very sad to hear about Gonzo. I bought a hood liner from him last year and talked with him for quite a while on the phone. He was a great guy and I have been praying for him ever since. His hood liners are really nice. I hope someone in his family picks up the business.

I just heard of this news when I emailed him a pic of the Hoodliner I bought from him last year but just installed!
He even threw in a couple of decals.

Sorry to hear about Gonzo. Does anyone know what material he used for these liners? I searched the web for aircraft firewall liners and came up empty.
