Like most mods, it decreased the value of a well engineered vehicle. Someone put a lot of time, effort and money in it. Reminds me of my third vette, a 69 wreck that I put a mako shark nose and flaired the fenders. Financially I would have been better to part if out because no one wanted it when it was done.
Not our place to criticize another persons ride because of ? it is his car.
Way to much negativity here.
Notice that most all of the reply's here leaning toward the "Hey its the guys ride, whats what he wants, not our business" have Moded cars as there avatar ?
I have seen death occur right in front of me. That was a walk through the Lompoc flower fields compared to my discovery of this Craigslist monstrosity that has to be the ugliest Corvette ever. Sight is my favorite of the five (and sometimes six) senses, but seeing this detestable heap of fiberglass makes me reconsider whether sight is actually a gift.
Reading the Craigslister's description only exacerbates the depression this 1975 Corvette represents.
"COMPLETE EXCEPT MOTOR $25,000.00 FIRM>W/MOTOR $30,000.00 >W/PAINT $35,000.00 I BUILT THIS & CAN/WILL FINISH IF NEEDED!!!!"
Worst threat I've ever seen in my life. Please, for the love of every religious deity worshipped on this planet, do not finish this car. Burn it. Burn it now. Please.
If this guy gets even one percent of the asking price, I will start selling my own waste matter. Oh, and get this: the car is listed in "new" condition.
If you ask Google to define Schizophrenia, it will deliver this: [...]
Dude I think you are being a little over dramatic. Its not that bad, looks like a someone took a bunch of addons and went overboard. To me this car is not what I would prefer to do to my vette, but its unique. I like when someone decides to do something different yet still stay with what is offered by companies. If you do not like this vette, then I quess you do not like the one on " Corvette Summer ". Now being woth the money, I think not.
