Don't want to come off as self important but was wondering how many other unusual (non factory recommended color combinations are out there.
I purchased this 75 convertible last year. It is a highly optioned car with some low volume options that statistically is a one of one 75 vette. I am curious to know if there are other Blue/red 75s Convertible or Coupe? Also what other non standard color combos do people have that are factory original.
Below is a dropbox link to some pictures. Car is mostly original paint with exception of bumper covers. Trim tag shows 22 Bright Blue and 732 Oxblood Leather. Mileage reads 49xxx and appears to be believable considering the cars condition.

Red was not on the GM recommended color combinations with Bright Blue
Looks pretty cool. I know they did this for C1s. They made a handful of turquoise 58-60s with red interior. This is the first C3 I've seen with this color combination.
Blue with red interior was very popular in Europe back in the day. I ordered a '74 Camaro in blue with red interior for a Northwestern University student from Germany. When the car came in I was surprised how good it looked.
My 74 was candy apple red when I bought her w/ a stock engine and transmission. I decided that the stock 190 hp was just not enough. I had the car sanded to bare fiberglass and painted a dark metallic Torrador Red. I removed the white rag top and installed a black one. Then I Installed 1982 seats. Completely updated the suspension along w/ new shocks. The gears were changed from a 3:08 to a 3:73. After that I needed another gear, so I removed the TH-400 and put in a highly modified 700R4. The engine could NOT remain stock. I found a set of modified 041 heads along w/ an aggressive cam. I changed the intake and I am using a Demon 650 carburator.
