I would not make generalizations regarding chapter judging. It all depends who is doing the judging at the event. You could very well get several high level judges at a chapter meet. I have seen it both ways.
Just an fyi....
no comment on the pad, enough said already.

Your fyi has been duly noted. Thank you. As for the stamp pad I can say with confidence that at the price being asked it is a pile of horse doo doo. Check out my spinoff thread though which may be the complete opposite!

He makes his own beer too.

In the event of the Zombie Apocalypse, he's the first person I save...

Marc,

As is my usual disclaimer, no definitive comment until I see it in person, under magnification.

Having said that, there is one issue that jumps out at me... Doing some additional research to confirm what I am looking at.

The individually stamped characters in the assembly/broadcast code stamp happen infrequently, but they do happen. If this was a 1970 car in this date range, I'd probably be a little more comfortable with that type of stamp... Regardless of my misgivings, it could have happened.

Regards,

Stan

Understood and thank you for your thoughts!

Hmmmm 60K on a maybe.....I don't think so!

60K on a CONFIRMED stamp pad (or TFP one)....I don't think so either! But that is just me.
