It was in a box of parts that came with my 69. I don't know if it goes on the car or not.

I'm going to guess here. From the looks of them and where they are, I'm going to guess that they are vacuum actuators for opening up the outer carbs on engine demand.

God, I hope I'm right! I'm referring memory of the Tri Power set up on the Pontiac GTO's and have never seen those on a Goat. You can see the design, includes a rubber diagphram, sandwiched between two halves and a linkage. Hopefully, it's what I think they do. The GTO ran off the center carb and then the outer carbs kicked in. That the center carb, doesn't have those plenums, led me to think-guess, that's what they were for!

Well I decided I'm going to mount these back since they came on the car originally. Unfortunately the mounting screws are not sold anymore. Can someone please send me pictures or descriptions of the 6 screws needed so I can try to find something close?

If nobody comes up with pics, I'd recommend taking a careful look at the holes. If you have a cheap micrometer from Harbor Freight or a machinest ruler, calculate the diameter of the screw and then the necessary length. Look carefully inside the holes at the spacing of thread. Is it coarse? Fine? Are there any other screws you could 'borrow' on the carb, that might fit that same thread? You would then get a set of thread gauges from Sears or Craftsman, that would tell you the exact pitch of that screw.

Instant answer, no? Tedious, yes, but sometimes, it's what you have to do, to get results. Another route might be doing an Internet search for parts diagram, schematic, etc and you might get a hit. Use the casting numbers off've your carb too, in the search and it might just match a parts list.
