Default 78 or 79 dash harness.

Hi all.
I have a 78 that requires a new dash harness. I'm constantly chasing down electrical issues and decided to pull the pin on replacing the harness. My question is the 78's came with the glass fuses and the 79's came with blade style fuses. Blade fuses would be the preferred option but are their many changes between the 78 and 79 harnesses. Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards
Robert

There were many differences between the 1978 and the 1979 harness.. Stick with the 78.

The 79 harness was much more complicated for sure. I think there were four different ignition jumper harnesses alone just to start with. Oh.. and I have all the harness's 20 percent off until 11.59 tonight.

IMHO,

Willcox

Thanks Willcox - exactly what I needed to know.
Appreciate your continued support with the forum and sharing your wealth of knowledge with others.
I will stick with the 78 harness.
