Default Vaccum and Panel Help

Hello, the attached pic shows something which broke and I'm not sure what it is or does. Next pic shows a crack which is on drivers side fender near brake booster. Want to know what I can use to stop crack from getting worse and creeping up fender. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the fender crack, drill a small hole at the end of the crack. Grind the crack and fill with epoxy resin.

The broken fitting is a vacuum T. I believe the vacuum lines are for your headlights and cruise control.

Thank you for the info. I will try that. The vacuum T has a small hose on the right which runs to firewall. Not sure if I just get T and replace that hose?
