I personally would not pay $14.5K for the Green Coupe that is pictured (original Craig's List link no longer works). It looks like it's been thrown together.
Unless it is a late VIN, the front grilles are not correct for a 1970. The side fender grilles are wrong too.
It looks like the A/C and Vacuum System don't work either based on the sellers description. (A/C needs charged, yah sure.)
It depends on what you want to do with the car. If you are looking for an original car, there is a lot of incorrect parts on this one.
If you want a war wagon Vette to beat on, then it's a good candidate.
What are your plans for it? If just a driver or a base for a restomod, I think it's a pretty good deal. If you dream of a Top Flight one day I'd look elsewhere.
