Also, I think the advice is to use genuine GM power steering pump fluid which you can only get from a GM parts store at a dealership or online...it's not for sale at the O'Reilleys, Pep-Boys, etc stores. Supposedly the extra cost and bother of buying it is worth it according to Jim O'Shea who was the Saginaw Steering engineer who worked on development of the PS fluid for these C3 PS pumps.
