I will get the ball rolling with what I believe is the all time most known Custom Corvette ever,
Love it or hate, you know of it and remember it...
Several years ago some fellow spent tall money making molds to sell replicas of this creature, he thought they would be really sought after, seems he sold like one, his prices were as I recall really high, guess he needed to break even on that one sale,
I would love to have the front clip, loose the scoop, paint the thing black and

jkyou didn't mention the twin turbo hood, I think the most over used hood on a c3, and 99.9% do not even have one turbo in there,
Then again how many L-88's are under L-88 scoops...

The recessed lights happened to give a cheap fix to balky vacuum factory lights, seldom people rewired them to work with the square bulbs so they blame the mod....

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

The seats are nice but what's with the rear window and huge kid racer import tuner wing?
It's nothing to me either way, I didn't design it, build it and don't own it, the issue I see with it even from a radical custom stand point is it's made to flash and catch the eye not really flow with thought out design,

I also like the C2 rear sections on the C3....
But I can not stand a stretched limo style Corvette, in any way, shape, or form!

And not so much-

And posted before- Brent's is a favorite-

The death race car isn't really a corvette it's a smaller dune buggy, I always wanted one,
You can Google it for more info it was a creation by Dick Dean.
The car you posted has rumor and myth around it, it was in a auto museum and said to be the movie car, savvy gear heads knew the movie car looked a bit different and didn't have the big blower motor,
The movie car only had a corvair engine,

Death Race car , I'll pass on ... Same thing on a vette with VW engine .
Scorpion car , super nice work....just not my cup of tea .
Would love to do a '63 window Conversion to my '82....
A lot of these are great creations , someone's vision . I could grab ideas from all of them .
Take the very bottom " spoiler " off this car and I could dig it

I recall both the scorpion and that multi blue wide body, seems the builder of the wide body called it his smiles mobile,
I loved the idea of the Scorpion but it doesn't really look much like a vette anymore,

But it's so darn radical it just screams coolness.
I doubt you could even drive it, 4 turbos feeding a v8 off likely a modded 'vair tranny...
I was so disillusioned when I first learned in my teens that some customs are for looking at not driving,
That chevy 2 that was in all the mags back in the late 70's had twin turbos feeding a blower, how we had day dreams of 200 plus mph runs on the salt and sub 10's on the 1320
Then about 20-30 years later I read in CC or HR how the builder said they could never get it to run right and it couldn't be driven....all hype.
