Install Wiring Harness Before Steering Column or After??

Default Install Wiring Harness Before Steering Column or After??
Just got my wiring harnesses from Willcox. They look really nice. I hope to start installing tomorrow but am wondering if I should install the steering column first, or wait until I run the dash wiring harness then put in the column. What do you think? Column before or after? Thanks, Rick

Could be six of one and half a dozen of the other. You'll definitely have a little more room to work without the column in the way.
