Long story made even longer. I replaced all calipers (lip seal), pads, rubber hoses and master cylinder 5 years ago. Master cylinder failed and was replaced 3 yrs ago. Everything has been fine until 2 weeks ago when I noticed pedal was heading to the floor without the usual stopping power. No brake warning light, and fluid level was good. I figured an internal leak in the master cylinder so I replaced it after a thorough bench bleed and bleeding at the calipers, rear passenger side inboard then outboard, rear driver side inboard then outboard, passenger front, then driver front.I have repeated the bleeding several times now and am using "speed bleeders" which have given me great results before. Brakes work but are not as crisp as I think they should be, soft but I stop.
If fluid level is good in the MC, can I figure calipers are not leaking? I don't see wet areas.
I do have a squeal upon braking, can that be attributed to a functional problem?
I know air in the system is a primary suspect but I swear I have bled and bled them many times. What a pita!!
I found a small hole in the rear driver's side caliper which I tried to show in two photos, no fluid escapes from there at all but is it a problem?

Is it a problem or not ?
