A couple of years back I replaced all front end bushings, tie rod ends etc. I also replaced the power steering control valve and swapped out springs to the 550lb springs. The steering now is so scary I barely drive the car. It feels as if the rear end is going to come around on any slight bend. Very little play in steering wheel, car appears to track ok. I have had the car aligned at three different shops, thinking it was alignment, but I have always felt it was a defective control valve or the alignment. My question, are the alignment specs different for the shorter/550 lb spring? Any other ideas? Merry Christmas to all in Vette world!

This usually is a rear suspension problem with the TA.
But if the rear TA is bad then you would also note extra tire wear. Since you dont drive it enough miles it may be hard to tell , but I would guess you have uneven tire wear in the rear.
Measure the tire tread depth on all 4 tires, they would be even if the alignment is set for street driving.
