Default C3 hood scoops

I know it may be blasphemy, but I'd like to see some pictures of C3's with hood scoops. It usually looks goofy to me when I see a scoop on top of a bulge, I'd like to see some that are tastefully done. My 72 is a small block base engine car and there isn't much room for the air cleaner with an aluminum intake.

The Motion hood is the only one I've seen that looks half decent.

What about this?

Not on a C3- but it's a FAT stinger hood- I am actually looking at something like this for my crossrams-

I think the shaker from the T/A is pretty cool, I had wondered if anyone had done that. I agree with Kid Vette, the Motion hood looks as good as any I've seen.

You just have to stop with a little distance from traffic lights with that shield, so that you`re still able to see the lights . . .

I've posted these pics before, but just in case you haven't seen them. I really need better pictures.

Here's my '68 with a '67 BB scoop on the '68 SB hood. The scoop itself is the same as seen on the Motion car. The PO started it, and I knew I'd need the clearance so I went with it. I like it a lot, but I'd also really like an uncut SB hood and accept the limited intake options...just think they look the cleanest.

Like the Motion car in this post, I prefer them without the stripes...especially if the hood is screaming for attention. I have a SB with RPM Air Gap and a flat base 3" air cleaner element.
