Cat convertors
I have a 1979 C-3 with a 350, 700R4 tranny. The motor came with the car I am unsure of the motor hp all I can really tell you is9that it has alm heads and poss a bore done once again don't know if its 10, 30, 60. But what am looking for are 2 cat convertors. summit gave me numbers and a corvette shop/salvage of vetts. I am looking for something small summit looked like the one on my jeep. does someone had good luck with some small cat convertors? my car dosent have any cats on it now but Utah they look for them. so if any one had had some good luck with small cat convertors please help me out. thank you very much

I put AutoZone mini-cats on my '34 dual exhaust 350 SBC...each cat has the correct size inlet/outlet and is designed for a 3.0 Liter engine....
I put a cat below each header-----giving me a combined 6.0 Liter exhaust flow.
The vehicle passes Federal Emission standards with no problem. This year the truck will not be required to have emission equipment, but as longs as they work correctly I will leave them installed.
I may put a pair on the Vette project since I know they work well.....just to provide my kids with some clean air....LOL.

How soon do you need these cats? I have two from Magnaflow on my '80 right now I plan on removing. They are only a couple months old.
