Original rally wheels are 15x8 and are stamped "AZ". All four are the same size.

Original tire size is GR70-15. All four are the same size.

On a stock wheel a 255 60 15 is about all the rubber that will fit. I run a 275 40 18 in the rear with no rubbing but the front is a 255 45 17. That is about it on my 72. The later cars has bigger wheel wells so the front may be able to get more rubber in them.

This is correct with 8 x 15" wheels. Bigger is not necessarily better.
