T&T column
I have a opprotunity to purchase a T&T steering column for my 73, It has no key and needs rebuilding, I can purchase it for 400.00 dollars is it worth that amount of money?

Depends on condition and if all the parts are there. The small parts in the column can add up. If it needs a simple rebuild of the lower bearings and a refresh then it is a pretty good deal. If it a rusty mess and needs everything then not a good deal. Years ago I bought mine for 200. They are now commanding more money. I have seen total rebuilt ones go for over 1K. I will be installing one shortly that was a rebuild and gotten for 650. I have not seen it yet but it looked ok in pictures. If it is at all decent I would pick it up.
