[UPDATE] Sadly not a good one...remember my co-workers son with Leukemia
Most of you will remember this story from back in 2010 when he was first diagnosed. So many of you responded to my request to send emails to Christopher and the family was blown away by the kindness of Corvette Forum.
Since then on occasion I have posted a few updates about how Christopher was doing better and if you recall I auctioned off blankets that he and his friends made to give to other patients in the hospital.
Anyway things were going well for Christopher and he was getting his life back to normal after 4 years cancer free in fact he just got a new job.
Well this week they found out the Leukemia is back and unfortunately it's harder to treat the second time so they are looking at options including bone marrow replacement etc.
Here's where you come in
Last time I ask for emails but this time I think we should do cards lots of cards
So as not to overwhelm the family mail box I ask that you send them to my PO Box...feel free to have anyone you know send him a card with some encouragement to hang in there
looks like his birthday is coming up on the 18th
Please send them to:
Christopher

I just mailed the card (and my license plate renewal) YESTERDAY!
The PTSD kicked in.....my wife found the un-mailed! mail on the rear floor of the SUV after a week....right where I laid them when I was folding the rear seats down and removing some groceries for her

while I was out on a call this morning Chris's Dad stopped by and left a note on my desk telling me to thank everyone for their support and all the cards
Chris is responding well and ONLY getting 20 days of chemo as opposed to the original 23.
after that they move to bone marrow
