Your going to get different part numbers, because GM changed the numbers periodically. Also, the part numbers for the 390, are different than the ones used in the 425, 435, L-88, L-89 & ZL-1.

From my 1970 Corvette Parts Book, it looks like the rockers are 3860305, for the 390. By 1980 the part number had changed, as the 1980 parts book lists the 390 rockers as 6258611.

The inlet push rods are listed as 3946067 (8 7/32" O.L.), and the exhaust ones are listed as 3946069 (9 3/16" O.L.). The push rod part numbers, appear to be the same in the 1980 book.

The lifter is listed as part number 5232660, in the 1970 Parts Book. The part number for the lifters in the 1980 parts book, was changed to 5232700.

I don't have a 69 parts book, so I can't say if the part numbers were different in 69, but I doubt it. It's also quite possible that there were different numbers for these parts, in the 10 years between the 2 parts books I looked at. There's a good chance that GM changed the numbers after 1980 too!
