i have a 73 and the gas gauge goes up and down reads all over the place the ground is good but it wont read the same twice were do i get a gauge that will read wright thanks

great info after reading that it seams like i have a good ground and power the gauge reads full and empty and in between it just doesnt stay when i drive its all over but at full to about half tank it seems to be a better reading any ideas?
