Default Engine Removal Question

I've decided to remove the engine and transmission as an assembly. I'm working with a 77 4 speed. The only question I have concerns the clutch linkage and shifter linkages. Where exactly do I need to disconnect them to get it ready to pull out. Everything else is pretty straightforward.

Cgarcer you need to remove the nut at the end of the cross shaft attaching to the frame. All ground wires attaching to the frame. Remove radiator, hood, shift linkage from transmission side cover, and however the linkage attaches to the tail shaft of the transmission. This will allow the shift after to be removed after it is released from the cross member. Do you have the AIM for 77 or any other books?
