Default '81 Power Window Question

Hey Guys, newbie question here! I'm finishing up new weatherstriping and while I was adjusting out my door glass I noticed that they are really struggling going up. In fact one side won't go all the way up unless I pull it up. Is this a good sign that my motors are going bad? To qualify my question I am doing this on battery power only but with a full charge. Can't crank the car at the moment to try it that way as I am also replacing the water pump and radiator. I bought the car a year ago and only had it about two weeks before she went up on jack stands for what was only going to be a brake job but one thing led to another. I'm sure you all know how that story goes! Any advice is appreciated.

You may have other problems but when car is running, the windows go up and down fast, i would not make a judgement call on battery power. If slow when cr is running now you can move on.
