I think i'm missing a bit?

First time ive had a window washer pump apart.
The electro magnet seems to be working as is the mechanical cranking mechanism when I click it around the ratchet by hand (thats a serious spring in the pump) seems to all click in and out smoothly.

Can you spot my missing part?

I believe i need some sort of cam on the center pin?
Can these be brought separately?
