I am in the process of restoring the original power brake system. Where is the best place to send the booster, master cylinder and calipers to be rebuilt or resleeved?
Any help with the reassembly process and bleeding the system would be appreciated. I totally restored the brake system in my 62 with good results but that is a much simpler system.
Not to open a can of worms here but I used silicone fluid in my 62 with no problems over 10 years. Never even bled the brakes again. What is the feeling about silicone fluid in C3s with disc brakes?

From everything I've read, it's a mash-up. Some use it and like it, some used it and went back, and others don't see the point at all. I don't think I have read anyone saying using silicon was a Bad idea, or turned out badly for them.
There are plenty of threads here and over in Tech/Performance with opinions on brake fluid. Search around and read a few. I thought we had a sticky discussing the different types but I cant seem to find it. Must have been my imagination.
I have good luck with them and I have talked with the owner who seemed very knowledgeable and a good guy.
Depending on shipping charges, you may be better off getting quality replacement parts locally.
When I researched the silicone fluid, I decided not to use it.
