I see no harm - mine's listed. Maybe a previous owner will search to see if their old Vette is still kicking around. Would love to correspond with a previous owner(s) of my car. Now, contact with the original owner of my '68 would be awesome.

I listed mine probably about 10 years ago. No adverse affects/regrets, and every now and then I look to see if someone has one listed close to my VIN just for the heck of it.
When I was researching C3 corvettes I used to go there looking for information about these cars.
When I bought my C3, I was like others on here and thought it might be handing out to much of my info.
After reading this thread I may go over there and take a look at it again.
My 70 coupe is going to be almost finished (hopefully) by the end of this year.
I'll reconsider placing my cars on the registry.
Mine is listed. What's cool is that you can page back through the previous owners of your car if they listed it. I can see who the last two owners of mine were.
