T0910CEM - Sept. 10th, CEM -305ci, 155hp, 4bbl. Most likely from a Camaro.

CEM - 1978 305, 145hp, 2 bbl, passenger car
CEM - 1980 305, 155hp, 4bbl,auto trans, Camaro

I am going to guess that the AL part of the VIN indicates Atlanta assembly plant. I don't think Atlanta assembled Camaros, so I am going to say 1978 passenger car.

Check the date code on the block.
