AC removal
Any step by step directions to removing the ac compressor in my 75 c3 L48? It is not functional and I don't use ac anyway. I'd like to remove it and put it away - if later to rebuild, or sell with the car someday.

Pretty easy really. Loosen belt tension and remove belt. Depressurize system thru charging ports, or make sure it is any way. remove hoses by removing single 3/8" bolt in center of manifold. Remove bolt for belt adjustment, watch for spacers to fall out. Remove two pivot bolts, front bolt also holds heater hose guide, its history. Pic included to show what it looks like gone.
