side exhaust on 77
Going to put side pipes on , but undecided on the way to go thinking shorties headers and the factory style side pipes and let muffler shop do the work to connect the two or the side exhaust headers and side pipes do the 4 in look big any input would be great , it's a 77 with a 350

I had Hookers on my '77 until I did the LS conversion, really liked seeing the 4 pipes going into the side.
No heat shields ( i have the scars to prove it ) like a right of passage -
I have a brand new set of Hookers that I am going to put on as soon as I get off my *** and get it done.
I do like the factory look, just liked the look of the Hookers better.
