Default Front bumper question
So I run a local car meet page and somebody messaged me a picture of this C3 vette but the front bumper looks awfully odd to me and was throwing me off thinking it was a c2. Then I thought it was a mako body c3 but that's not the case.

That's an ODD looking bumper cover. The car, at first glance, looks decent and I hope it can get saved!

Whatever it is, it is not stock for any C3. The VIN is for a 69 coupe, but the hood is a later year and the wiper door and vent panel have been removed.
