Default Build sheet?

I keep reading where people are removing the build sheet from the top of the gas tank but do you really have to remove the body to get to it? Is there a better method of getting it? Removing the body is out of the question but it would be neat to have it.

Simple, drop the fuel tank. Not too difficult a job and you can check it for problems and cleaning while you have it out.

Fuel tanks are different for the big back window cars. For your car, they were taped to the front of the tank and probably disappeared rather quickly if they were left there by assembly line folks. Three shown below.

Contact the NCM and see if you can get a copy of the build schedule for your car.

Thanks Easy Mike! What a great picture, I always wondered how they installed the radiator shroud because it's a bugger to get out.
