I just recently finished mine up. I swapped out my cast iron Eaton diff and installed a Mike Dyer built Dana aluminum diff. Also installed Global West TAs and struts with a VB&P Smart Strut Bracket. Already had a 300 lb composite spring so just swapped it over. And installed Wilwood D8 calipers and rotors.

Keep in mind that if you're installing offset trailing arms, you can have have your VP&B Composite Spring cut 1/2 inch short at both ends to accommodate wider tires. I don't think they advertise this, but it's a no cost option. As for the "smart struts" and corresponding bracket, I prefer to buy this set up from Tom's Differentials. Tom's modifies a stock bracket and the mounting dimensions to the rear differential housing are OEM correct. The VP&B bracket is repro and the dimensions are not that correct. I've bought two Tom's and one VP&B smart struts set ups. I've bought two custom C3 VP&B Composite springs. Not only are they light, 8 pounds versus 41 pounds, they are so much easier to install than the iron springs.

I just realized I don't have a good picture of the finished product, but one that is close. I had the composite spring before I tore the rear suspension out and had it all rebuilt. I had the trailing arms done my Mike Dyer and the local Corvette shop did the differential. Mike's work is amazing.
