Good find. Tough to read but looks like they are calling out F41 - special - purpose suspension at the bottom.

Easiest way to tell, if your rear spring hasn't been changed, is to count the leafs. Does it have 7 or 9 leafs.

9 = standard suspension
7 = special purpose suspension

Sounds like a great car. I have a soft spot for L71 convertibles as I own a white one.

If my eyes aren't deceiving me, it looks as if the last 3 letters of the last line read J56 - if so that would be the option code for power brakes.

We all have soft spots for L71 convertibles, but most of us aren't as lucky to own one.

Great find OP!

Mine is only a lowly 68. There are some people who won't buy that year. I'm OK with that, it just makes it cheaper for me. It's no trailer queen, but out of the 3 Corvettes I own (67, 68, 69), it is my favorite one by far.

At least you got part of your tank sticker to see what was there. I pulled my gas tank and got a full piece of paper. But the typing was so faint I could not read anything. I still saved it, but wish I had what you had.

Good find, and good luck

You might be able to enhance what you have, but getting additional numbers off of it is going to require some the missing pieces.

J-50 is the code for power brakes. J-56 is the code for heavy duty brakes. To get J-56 you also had to have J-50. I have a 435 J-50/J-56 conv with a tank sticker also.
